Lugano - Das Muladhara Chakra, auch das Wurzel-Chakra genannt, ist das Chakra, das mich am stärksten mit der Erde verbindet. Für mich persönlich ist es das Bindeglied, das mich als geistiges, körperliches und emotionales Wesen mit der Natur verbindet. Es verbindet mich mit der Energie der Erde und ist der Quell meiner Lebensenergie. Die Energie dieses Chakra erdet mich. Ich bin in der Lage für mich einzusehen und stark zu sein, ich stehe mit beiden Beinen auf der Erde und nichts oder niemand ist in der Lage mich leicht aus der Balance zubringen. Es spielt keine Rolle was im Aussen geschieht, weil ich in meinem Inneren sicher bin.
Ein starkes Muladhara Chakra gibt mir die Kraft und die Macht mit meinen eignen Problemen, Kämpfen oder Rückschlägen auseinanderzusetzen, um Kraft zu tanken, voller Energie zu sein und die Kontrolle über mein eigenes Leben zu übernehmen. Ohne die mächtige Energie des Wurzel-Chakras ist es schwierig sich sicher zu fühlen, Selbstbewusstsein aufzubauen und Vertrauen in das Leben und in anderen zu haben. Es stärkt den Sinn des Lebens, fördert die Vitalität und ein grundlegendes Gefühl von Vertrauen. Dieses Chakra gibt zum Ausdruck wie hartnäckig ich bin und wie viel Ausdauer ich habe, um die Welt zu beeinflussen und in Einklang mit den Zielen meines Lebens zu sein.
Ich würde es als das Chakra, das den Takt des Lebens vorgibt - wie der Sonnenaufgang und den Sonnenuntergang die den Takt der Sonne beeinflussen. Das eine kann ohne das andere nicht existieren.
Wenn ich meine Muldhara Chakra fragen, wer bist du, dann antwortet es: Ich bin deine pure Lebenskraft, bin ich das Vertrauen in die Kraft der Mutter Erde, ich bin dein wahres Selbst.

Lugano - The Muladhara Chakra, also known as the root chakra, is the chakra which allows me to connect the most with the earth. For me, personally, it is the binding link between me as a spiritual, physical and emotional being with nature. It connects me to the energy of the earth and is the source of my life energy. The energy of this chakra makes me feel grounded. I am capable to stand strong, with both feet on the ground and nothing or noone will be able to throw me off balance easily. It does not matter what happens outside of me because I am secure from within.
A strong Muldhara Chakra gives me the strength and the power to face problems, struggles or setbacks, to regain strength, turn to full energy and to take control of my own life. Without the empowering energy of the root chakra, it is difficult to feel safe, build self-confidence and to trust in life and in others. It strengthens the purpose of life, promotes vitality and a basic sense of trust. This chakra sheds light on how persistent I am and how much endurance I have to affect the world and to be in line with the objectives of my life.
I would describe it as the chakra that provides the beat of life – like the sunrise and the sunset, the one cannot exist without the other.
If I would ask my Muldhara Chakra who are you, it will respond: I am your pure life force, I am your trust in the power of mother earth, I am your true self, I am the one that keeps you going.
