Montegrotto - Das Hals-Chakra stellt für mich die Brücke zwischen Herz und Verstand her. Hier trifft sich die Weisheit des Herzens und die Intelligenz des Verstandes, wodurch eine Verschmelzung der materiellen und der spirituellen Ebene möglich wird. Diese Verbindung ist notwendig, um Informationen, Gedanken und Gefühle zum Ausdruck zu bringen und diese in klare Worte fassen zu können.
Das interessante ist, dass dieses Chakra eine Fülle an Ausdrucksweisen und - möglichkeiten bietetn, wie zum Beispiel die Sprache, die Körpersprache oder die Musikalität. Die Sprache bietet uns den bewussten Umgang mit Worten und verleiht dadurch dem Gesagten Intensität. Die Körpersprache verrät Gefühle und Gedanken. Die Musikalität sei es der Gesang als Symbol für die Sprache oder der Klang der Stimme, gibt uns zu verstehen was wirklich mitgeteilt werden will. Folglich ist das Vishudda Chakra das Zentrum des Klanges und des Wortes.
Ich denke, dass ich nun verstehe wozu mein Vishudda Chakra da ist. Es dient dazu die Kraft des Wortes zu nutzen, um Gutes zu bewirken. Es unterstützt mich in der Kommunikation mit meiner Umwelt, meinem Unterbewusstsein und im inneren Gespräch mit mir selbst. Es gibt mir die Gelegenheit zu meiner Meinung zu stehen und der Wahrheit Ausdruck zu verleihen. Ein bewusster Umgang mit Worten ist wichtig, wenn ich mit dem Gesagten ganz und gar bei der Wahrheit bleiben möchte. So entwickelt sich eine eigene Form des Selbstausdrucks.
Während meiner Recherche über das Vishudda Chakra entdeckte ich, dass Vishudda vom dem Verb „vishuddhi“ abstammt, was im Sanskrit „reinigen“ bedeutet. Für mich war dies eine sehr interessante Entdeckung. Der Aspekt des Reinigens beschäftigte mich sehr, bis mir bewusst wurde, dass dieses Chakra stark mit der Wahrheit und dem Wahrheitsbewusstsein verbunden ist. Hierbei ist wichtig zu verstehen, dass es das Ziel ist, der Wahrheit Ausdruck zu verleihen und dabei zu bleiben egal was kommen mag. Nur so kann innere Klarheit entstehen.

Montegrotto - For me the throat chakra establishes the bridge between the heart and the mind. This is where the wisdom of the heart and the intelligence of the mind create a fusion and the union of the physical and the spiritual level becomes possible. This connection is necessary in order to bring information, to express thoughts and feelings and to express this in the form of clear words.
The interesting thing is that this chakra is the wealth of expressions and it gives us different opportunities, such as language/speech, body language and/or the musicality to express yourself. The language/speech provides us with the conscious use of words thereby giving intensity to what has been said. Body language reveals our feelings and thoughts. Musicality is a symbol of the language or tone of your voice which helps to understand what the other person really wants to say or express. Consequently, the Vishudda chakra is the center of the sound and of the word.
I think I now understand what my Vishudda Chakra is good for - It serves to harness the power of the word in order to do good; It supports me in communicating with my environment and my subconscious; and to be in the inner conversation with myself. It gives me the opportunity to express my opinion and to tell the truth. A conscious use of words is important if I want to stick to the truth with what has been said. Thus, a unique form of self-expression starts to develop.
During my research on the Vishudda Chakra, I discovered that Vishudda derived from the verb "vishuddhi", means "clean" in Sanskrit. For me, this was a very interesting discovery. I became fully engaged in the aspect of cleaning until I became aware that this chakra is closely connected with the truth and the truth in consciousness. Here it is important to understand that the goal is to use expression as the purpose for reflecting the truth and to stick to it no matter what may come. It is the only way to create inner clarity.
